<p>If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@orselia.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos.</p>

<p>Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.</p>
